Hi, Last year March, had bought a new laptop battery from online vendor who is based in Gujarat. In Nov it stopped working and I reported the issue to sellter. He requested me to send the faulty which I did. Now this seller is telling he has misplaced the battery and not able to find it and hence delaying in providing the replacement battery. Now it is more than 40 days and they are not responding to my e-mails & Whatsapp messages. Also not getting proper response when I spoke to them.
Please suggest me how do I complain to HP Customer Support and how I can get quick help on this.
