Product: HP Ink Tank 319

I called on this number ending with 2587170 to get my printer serviced. I just want to ask is this a real hp customer care number or a fake one because they told me i’ll have to pay a quotation amount first and then the technician will come to visit. This is my first time using hp support so just want to confirm. Thankss!!
