HP 14T-DV000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ordered 2 units of HP  Pavilion 14T-DV000 online on December 1st 2020. Estimated ship date is December 17th 2020 and delivery date is December 23rd 2020

 

However today Saturday December 19th 2020 I still haven't received any email about  tracking number and there was also no update about my order status when I checked online . 

 

I was wondering if there could be a delay but I also haven't received any email about it ( HP website said if there was a delay I will be advised through email the business day after my estimated ship date )

 

Anyway I decided to email HP customer service and the respond was they revised my estimated ship date to January 4th 2021 so I probably will get it on January 10th 2021 ( assuming there is no more delays on my order ) 

 

I really don't know what to say now. I am just disappointed because I bought these 2 units for my kids Christmas gifts and they will not get it on Christmas Day
