Hp laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I bought a new $600 hp laptop for work only but can't sign into my works online website. It keeps saying end user accepts post requests. I sent a get request. I paid $53 to hp's tech support team who couldn't fix it, been on conference calls with our tech guys from my company for 2 weeks straight and they can't fix it. Has anyone ever heard of this problem? If you have please help!!! Feel like I just threw $650 right out the window. Thank you

@DHOFFSET I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

 

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
