I cannot get a hold of someone to discuss my HP Carepack that I ordered but it cannot be fulfilled. I am trying to get a refund.

Please reach out to the HP Support team in your region regarding the refund options or billing queries.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

I hope that you're happy. I am leaving HP because of their lack of customer service.

they are the worst. I am going through the same thing. I found in fine print there is one hour to cancel an order. Now i have no product and they have my money. They lied on their website and said it was in stock so I even got two day shipping. That was Sept 6th and nothing.
