I foolishly bought aHP iq790 tl-60 from pc world on 9th of June 2008. The keyboard started missing letters that I typed and a lot of the keys were starting to wear so much that I could no longer see the keys on them.
I phoned HP support in March 09 and was told a new keyboard and mouse would be shipped to me and that I would recieve it the next week. Two weeks later I phone HP support to ask why I had not recieved anything and was told that they were out of stock and the items would be shipped when they were back in stock.
Beginning of may still no keyboard so again phoned Hp support and was told that tech would phone meback, I gave them my mobile number so that I would not miss the call by being away from home. Six days later still no call so I phoned Hp support again giving my case number. I have now been told that it could be another 2 months before the keyboards were restocked, but I was on the list so one would be sent out as soon as they come in.
COME HP GET YOU ACT TOGETHER ! You are running to multi million pound company not a 2 bit back street concern.
I have in the past bought several Hp products including Desktops, laptops, and printers.
Guess What: You have just lost another loyal customer.
