Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Got a strange email from HP today:

"Welcome Rosie125!

Strange because I've used HP products for years and used on-line support as well, so I'm not new here.

Any idea why I would get this when no product has  changed, no help requested etc?

Hi:

 

The forum recenty underwent a major change from the old format and it appears that every person who ever joined the forum was notified of this change.

Since you have less than 7 points, your status is that of a New Member regardless of when you first joined the support forum.
