Hi,

I am trying to register for access to the student store. So far, I have entered my email address, received an email entitled "Activate Your HP Store Account" and clicked on the "Complete Registration" link. When I click on the link I see a brief message which says "Your email address is valid" then I am transferred to the UK Student Store login page, however I can't login as I haven't received a password or any further emails with instructions on what to do.

Password recovery doesn't work as my account does not appear to exist yet.

Can anyone please help?

(I couldn't find an appropriate group to post this message to. If there is a better one please let me know and I'll repost - thanks).

How do you change your registration detail from 'student' to 'graduate'?

Thank you.  However I am not looking for offers, but instead to stop the word "student" appearing after my name in my Forum postings, as I am no longer a student.  I have tried every way to change this in my profile settings, but it seems I will be a 'student' in the minds of HP until the day I die!

Hi!, @DerekWilliams:

Your mention "Honor Student" is for your participation, in quantities, of post and is evaluated, with quantities of total Kudos and Solutions received, granted by the users, of the Forum, in its interventions, for help.

Hi!, DerekWilliams:

I think, that you cann't delete, your forum profile. The only thing you can do, is to stop, participating.

Oh dear, yet another reason to run as fast as I can from having anything to do with HP again.

Thanks so much for your prompt responses to my questions.

I eventually did find where to Delete Profile btw, but as you can see, even though it said "your profile has been deleted' has done nothing of the kind and I am still here.
