Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

2019.07.03.1541.CDT-Wednesday   Suddenly two weeks ago, overnight, the email address and password combination  (I use the term 'binary' to describe the two data bits, email address and password) which had been working for approx. 3-4 months since I began working with support about performance and warranty problems was no longer good.

When I tried to login the HP login began regurgitating invalid, old, former passwords and email addresses used but invalidated in earlier years by the vagaries of the HP login system which nobody at HP would investigate.

How often does this happen to other HP users?  Have tried to get senior HP management attention by going to the HP President's page: the HP webpage and HP support (www.hp.com and www.hp.support.com) are the first 'face' HP presents to users - and it is sucn an inconsistent, almost surreal, if not existential experience, it turns people who like HP products off?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
