Its about time hp looked seriously at their after sales service I say after sales as pre sale they are great I have had 9 HP computers in total now but now that something has gone wrong they dont want to know me. If anyone from HP care <CASE:4618812453> here:   Had hinge on the laptop fail and cracked off a small piece of the casing of the machine., called hp and after them initially telling me it was my fault without even seeing it they said someone would call me back. After this I was angry how dare they tell me it is my fault I take nothing but the best care of my possesions, googled and and suprise suprise major hinge problems with hp laptops even outside the models they will admit a problem with.  Well after three days and 2 phone calls and 4 emails you think I can get to someone - not likely.  l call the sales dept and l get a perfect English speaking person but they wont help you then you call the help line and god help you understanding them, try it for yourself its a nightmare.  All I can say is DON'T BUY HP they don't care and just try blaming poor engineering as something the  customers must have done,  I post this here as a suggestion to HP and as a warning to anyone who reads this beware the price might be cheaper but its not worth it if you have a problem.   Google "hp complaints" if you don't believe me there are actual complete websites about it.  I wont give up though acc and consumer affairs are my next step.
