When users post images and they are replaced by a generic placeholder image, can someone alter this image to also make a statement similar to this:

 

This image will not be shown until it is approved by a moderator.

 

It would clear up confusion for new users.

  • Clicking the "Kudos star" to the left is a great way to say thanks!
