Support Account - User Is Deactivated

Support-Portal.PNG We have created an HP support account, but we always get the message: User Is Deactivated
If I want to complete the profile, I cannot do this because the drop-down menus do not display any content. Already tried with Edge, Google Chrome and IE, the menus are empty everywhere.
Who can possibly tell me how to solve this problem?
