Emailed support on Friday 5/05/11, after trying to resolve it on my own with troubleshooting instructions on your website.  I have an issue with my HP Photosmart Fax All-in-One Printer - C309a it is displaying error message 0xc19a0020. My printer is not doing anything at this moment.

 Samantha emailed me back requesting

  • When was the unit replaced?
  • Do you have any service Ticket or any reference number?
  • When was the original unit purchased?

I responded on Sunday 08/05/11 with:

Hi Samantha,

Thanks for your response.

I think the unit was replaced around 9/03/10 this is when I phoned and I think it was delivered 13/03/10.

I do have a service ticket, the order no. AUAU018-2210597 and case no. 803 634 1252

The first unit was originally purchased on the 13/08/09.

They took the original unit away and replaced it with a new one (It wasn’t new because the sticker for hp info wasn’t on it and it has a slight grey mark from the sticker that was taken off and there were some small scratches on it when it came out of it’s box) so I’m assuming this was a unit that was repaired and given to the next customer, I had made hp aware through the customer phone survey and I had also said that as long as it works and doesn’t break down I’ll be happy. I’m quite concerned with this model because we have a few small fax, copier machines at work and they don’t break down and I don’t use this unit as much at home, it’s main use is to print kids homework out and print info off the internet, scanning has also been used for emails.

Hope this information will be helpful

Kind regards

Suzana
