I tend to agree with your statement but also agree this is not the place. My recent experience with support people here was awful. I suggest that you continue to put the support people on the spot until it's obvious that they cannot give you a reasonable and correct answer. Then take your info to the better business bureau online. Itr's time and the BBB DOES DO IT"S JOB. I have used them in the past. They are great. I'll be using them again with HP soon.
