Support Forum - Failure by HP To Support Customers

HP Recommended

Would it not be a more Customer Focused Forum if any question, remaining unanswered by a fellow consumer after say 2 days, were directed to an HP Support person (assuming they exist) to be answered?

This would, perhaps, go some way toward combatting HP's reputation as a "Failed Supporter" of their customers.

Hi IanGreen,

I'm sorry that you weren't able to find an answer here, but this is a peer-to-peer community of HP customers, and not a venue to contact HP directly. Feedback for HP about their products or services can be directed to them through one of the contacts found below:

http://www8.hp.com/us/en/hp-information/summary/ww-contact-us.html

I'm sorry again that we couldn't be of more assistance.

Regards,

I tend to agree with your statement but also agree this is not the place. My recent experience with support people here was awful. I suggest that you continue to put the support people on the spot until it's obvious that they cannot give you a reasonable and correct answer. Then take your info to the better business bureau online. Itr's time and the BBB DOES DO IT"S JOB.  I have used them in the past.  They are great.  I'll be using them again with HP soon.
