I have problem when I want to create a case in hp support and it's urgent we have a problem in my company and it shows when I want to create the case that my account is deactivated. I don't know why??.

According to the image you have 15 minutes to confirm the account, if you have not done so within this time you will need a new code.

The problem is I literally did verify the code when I received it.
I can access my account normally, but I cannot create a case and there is no options in the drag down list for the time zone and country.
The option save is gray.
