Pavilion x360

Hi. My year and a half old pavilion x360 died. I brought it to Best Buy, which is where I purchased it, to get it fixed. They weren’t able to and suggested I contact HP directly to see if it can be repaired. I have literally spent the last hour trying to connect with a real human being to no avail. I keep getting caught up in the virtual chat. The troubleshooting items have already been done by Best Buy. I want to talk to a real person to find out what my options are to see if they can repair it. Also, I am very upset that my computer is dead after only having it a year and a half.

@pattisteve Welcome to HP Community!

I understand your concerns.

We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.

Please contact our phone support and check for the support option.

Or you can local service center for repair.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Keep us posted,
