I thought this is meant to be a community that would help. Banhien, in regards to your response, the HP support are closed over the weekend. So the link you've sent me use useless for 72 hours. My follow up question obivously shows that I'd read your response and didn't feel that it was satisfactory.
As an IT professional, I constently get asked for advise on what brand device to buy. If this is the type of support that HP provide, I guess I'll be recommending other brands.
