Dear CEO I included the pictures of my laptop and the box as I received them last week to the case manager after sending it to be fixed to your repair station as I was directed , hope you will be able to solve this shameful issue I never expected this treatment for a well known company as HP , I really don't know why would one do this to some one's device!! he did not like his name ?!! this really something to be taking care off . I just want you to picture this in your mind , you send a laptop with a loose letter in the keyboard and come back to you with out the letter and with a cracked screen as you can see in the pics case number( 7501654757 ) to whom want help since they offered me 25% of the repair cost , how funny I pay from my own pocket for there mistakes and mess handling , it's not the money or the lap top it's simply WHY??!!!
Also they claimed they took pics as the got the lap top and when I asked for the pics they send the pics I send them ! how brilliant people working there ........
This should nt be pay back for a loyal customer with five lap tops from HP . thanks for your understanding and for your time . Hussam
