HP OfficeJet Pro 9023 All-in-One

I ordered a HP Officejet HP OfficeJet Pro 9023 All-in-One printer from a well renounced online site in Turkey. After receiving the product, the printhead was stuck and it was not working. the site seller directed me to follow up with HP Guarantee service to fix the issue. After checking my HP account I was shocked that the printer only had 7 months of warranty remining in contrast of the 3 year warranty that was clearly written on the sellers product page and on the HP box that contained the product. I contacted the Turkish Hp support centre (which didn’t have anyone who speaks English which is a shame) and they told me that the there was an error and that they needed my purchase receipt which I immediately gave them a copy of they said that the issue will be resolved in a maximum of 7 days and that the full warranty period will appear in my account. After a month and the account shows that there are 11 months of warranty remaining in my new and totally unused printer. After a 45-minute drive to the nearest service centre I dropped off the printer for repair on 2/11/2020  I was told that it will take a maximum of 5 bussnise days to fix they gave me a receipt and took the printer. After waiting for 10 days with no reply , message or email I contacted the support, they told asked me to contact the logistics team and that they can’t help me know if the printer is ready to pick up or not!??!?!?!?!  On 19/11/2020 I decided to go to the service centre one more time where they told me that the printer is unrepaired the man refused to give me a date at which the device will be ready. Fast forward less than a day and I received a message saying that parts are being ordered to repair the printer which is absolutely ridiculous…  After 15 days the parts are finally being ordered for an new and unused printer. It is an absolute shame for such a large company not to have good quality control standards in one of its largest markets. I am absolutely disappointed at how HP treats its loyal costumers with little regard and low-quality support and standards. I demand that I get a new functioning unit( not a repair) and get the 3 year included warranty that I paid for as this has already costed me a lot of money, wasted time and productivity were as it should have been a lot simpler than that.
