The dates of the warranty of my new product are wrong

Example: Pavilion All-in-one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 I have just bought a new Pavilion PC,four days ago, but the HP support assiant is informing me that in ten day the warranty will expire. The recorded dates are wrong! I would like to receive my legal warranty starting from 4 days ago. I have the original receipt from the store. How can I fix this problem

For whatever reason, HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.


Try the online warranty dispute process first.


If that doesn't work, you will have to call HP technical support and have a support rep help you correct the warranty start and end dates.
