OMEN by HP Laptop 15-ce030tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day.

I need help. I bought my laptop last January 21, 2018. But upon checking the warranty thru HP website, it says that the warranty of my laptop will end on August 11, 2018. I was worried knowing that the laptop I bought thru a trusted store and dealer is not brand new.

Please tell me what to do. Do I need to file a complaint with that store? Because they lied to me and deceived me.

Thank you.

Do you still keep the receipt ? You've got two options

(a) Contact vendor and ask them to verify this for you,

or

(b) Contact HP in your country with your receipr and ask them to alter warranty date for you.

Regards.
