I have just bought my HP OfficerJet Pro 7740 and it said on the label in the shop that I can claim £50 cashback online from HP.   I can't find any way to do that.  Can anybody help with that, please?  Thanks 🙂

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Thank you. 

 

So sorry I have not responded sooner.

 

I emailed the shop who then sent me the link to the right page.  I completed the online form and hopefully they will be true to their promise and send me the cash back
