HP has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and I did think anyone could beat bestbuy! I've been on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for a manager. I've had problems with a officejet printer (that's under warranty) and they want to send me a refurbished, open boxed printer as a replacement!!!! Are you kidding me!!!! I didn't buy a refurbished, open box printer when I bought this one why should I settle for one now!!!! The next time I will not buy HP and deal with the idiots in their customer service dept. I was told they needed a credit card number in order to send a new printer in the event I didn't return the old one after refusing the refurbished printer they still charged my credit card for what I dont have a clue(and I've been on hold for 45 minutes now).BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!
