This is one hot mess.

HP Recommended

I can't register for the forum, can't play a video, and can't use a reward.  What the heck is making this so hard?  I've never had this much trouble getting into a forum.  Is this intentionally difficult to weed out we non-technical types?  I shouldn't have to watch a video to sign up, and then it won't play past 12 seconds.  That's as stupid as can be!  I"m angry now.  I just want to report a disfunctional reward.  Can someone just do that for me, please?  Jeez.

However, this is a peer-to-peer community of HP customers, and not a venue to contact HP directly. Most of the users here are consumers like yourself who are offering solutions because they like to help others, and any HP employees you see are here on their own capacity and not representing the company.
