I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 phone and I transferred photos to my pc.  I have Windows 10.  They automatically go into Cortana.  I have a problem sharing and copying or sending photos in Cortana.  How do I transfer all of the photos in Cortana to My Documents/My Pictures??

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

What method are you using to transfer the photos?  Wired (USB cable) or wireless?

I've found my S6 will open a notification when I connect it via USB cable to a PC or Chromebook.  It asks about several options for transfer - MTP, PTP, or "Just Charge".

MTP is for general file transfer (like music or text files) while PTP will make the phone look like a camera to the PC.   I'd suggest picking "PTP" after making the connection, then open Windows Explorer on the PC.  You should be able to see all the pictures in the "DCIM" folder on the phone, then drag and drop them into any folder you desire on the PC.

To transfer photos from Samsung Galaxy S6 phone to PC, we just need connect the phone with computer via USB Cable, then use Samsung phone backup tool to directly move all photos to computer.
