Hi, I wanted to lodge a complaint against HP for their horrible customer service even though my laptop was under guarantee. Just to let you know the whole story, I booked a fault in my laptop (which I bought in June) on 30th September and as sometimes I work from home, I asked for a loan / replacement laptop which HP refused to give. I was told by HP technical support that they will make this as an urgent request to get the laptop fixed within 5 - 7 working days. Today is 23rd of October and I haven't received the laptop yet. So, I would like you to register my complaint and if this matter is not taken seriously, I will be compelled to escalate this issue further. I am really upset and frustrated with the way case was handled both by HP and the company who arranges the appointment for pick and drop of the laptop. (NCSS) So, I need a reply asap from the case manager who is looking after my case. -- Thanks and Regards, Neha Shukla
