Unable To Complete MyHPSupport Registration After Invitation link

I'm trying to register with MyHPSupport so that I can log Warranty claims for my organization, I created a profile and a few minutes later got an email with an Invitation Link to complete the registration.  Once I get in I get the screen below; I can't go past this screen as the save button is greyed out, the drop down menus for Timezone , Language, Region and Language don't expand so I can't complete those. Someone please assist, I need to register a claim.
