Hello, when trying to log into both the UK store and the student store I am presented with the following error:

 

Your account is already registered in Kingdom Store, you cannot access the store in a different country. Please visit your country login page or contact us if you want to migrate your account to a new country.

 

I registered my account in the UK via the student store where I purchased my device, but I am now unable to log in to this account due to it being registered somewhere else? As it stands I cannot get access to my order.

 

Any help is massively appreciated!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Hello Danny, I have this same problem, and I need to register my printer as well as claim the three-year warranty and get my £30 cash back. I don't think I will be able to do this if I cannot access the account I initially placed the order on.

 

Please, may you help me?
