I ordered for an HP ENVY x360 13-ay0009na Convertible Laptop 2020 Edition Ryzen 7 on the 19th of July . Originally scheduled to be delivered on the 28th of July which failed, the delivery date provided on my order status now shows 2 new dates- on the 4th and on the 7th of September. However, the product is still awaiting restock on the page. I am also aware that product delivery can be further delayed in these uncertain times.
I am leaving my present accomodation in less than a week, and the UK on the 15th of September and can't gamble on the date of delivery. My attempts to contact post-sales support through the numbers and email address provided so far have been unsuccessful. If there is no assurance of a quick delivery soon, I want the order cancelled so I can purchase a laptop elsewhere as soon as possible.
