Unable to submit cases online anymore SCM

Hi I cannot access the old scm website when I try to submit a case for our laptops at https://h20566.www2.hpe.com/portal/site/hpsc/scm/submitCase 
message given is
 
Product not supported at this site
a link to another website is given but it doesnt work
 
how do I submit online cases via the scm now?
