Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to change credit cards for my Insta Ink Payment, and have retyped all my information several times.  I am still getting an error "Please review and update your billing information".  What does that mean?  The information I entered is correct.

In general, the message means that "somewhere" in the information you entered is something the program code cannot handle.  Program errors are sometimes useful and sometimes utterly useless in context.

The document may not provide anything specific to help you -- the document DOES provide the "how to contact support" information so you can speak with an Instant Ink representative in your region to have the issue sorted.
