can someone tell me how to get in touch with a webmaster or technical support for the site? I have been trying to unsubscribe from receiving emails for a long time and I keep getting them. All the support menus on this site keep asking about product issues and it's not a product issue I'm having.

Are the emails that you're receiving from our community here on the forums or from another HP source? If they are coming from the community, you can disable this in settings of your community profile.

 

Also was this the non-product issue you are having? If not, please let me know what the issue is so we can provide assistance. Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forum.

Not emails for forums. I'm talking about general emails from HP like to buy products and stuff. It doesn't matter how many times I get the confirmation that's I've successfully unsubscribed, the emails don't stop.
