Hi,

My name is Standard and I am new to the HP community. I have a couple of questions:

1. I was just wondering how to upload your own picture as your avatar on your community account.  Is it possible because I didn't see an option to do so.

2. How come when I upload my screenshots, they show up as a triangle symbol after I complete my post?

Thanks for the help!

Kind regards,

Standard

Hi Rodrigo!

Thanks for your prompt reply! That clarified things!

However, I forgot to ask one more question: How do you change your screen name? I didn't see an option to do so in my preferences.

No problem. ‌‌

To change the username, we (the moderators) change the username for the users, but with some rules, we can change if:

Your username its the same of your real name.

Your username its the same of your password.

Or its some insult or bad language.

If its one of this cases, you can send me a private message, i will see and analise the case and i will answer your request.

Regards. 😊

Hi Rodrigo,

Thanks for the thorough response!  So far, I like to keep the username the way it is, I was just wondering how it is possible to change it.

However, are you able to help me with the issue i'm experiencing with setting up my HP OfficeJet 3830 printer? I have a post on this if you look through my profile > posts.
