[Urgent] Order 101300000424655 not delivered

Learn from home package

Order 101300000424655 is incomplete. I received only laptop. I did not receive the 'Learn from home' package which includes a printer 4729, S1000 wireless mouse and HP BH10 Bluetooth headset. Its worth 16K without discount.

 

Utter negligence from HP. No one called till now or responded to my email till now. I raised the complaint on 23rd May . since then  i have been following up relentlessly .  This is distressing. No response to emails or calls or social media .

Why can't you understand that i need these products urgently. Either deliver the product or refund the money.

This is clearly harassing customers after taking full payment.

Request you to take immediate action on my grievance.

 

Worrisome part is it shows 'delivered' on HP website (which is incorrect) and Delhivery Private Limited courier against docket # 1516010078400 shows delivered successfully. I spoke to Delhivery courier and they said they delivered everything HP gave. But  I did not receive Learn from home package.

 

Please take this complaint on priority and understand my concern. This is a VERY VERY bad user experience. This way how can i rely on HP online delivery in future or recommend it to others. Absolutely no one is taking minimum responsibility to track this issue. I have to wait 30 minutes for customer care call. I need to wait for 1 day to get a reply to my email saying 'We will get back to you'  but no one ever spoke to me with resolution.

 

Kindly deliver the undelivered products or refund the amount immediately. This is really unexpected from a company like HP.
