VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

HP Recommended

What has this country come down to?  I spend a total of over 5 hours of my day getting transferred and been told to call back.  This is crazy, very rude and poor customer care.  Every call is rerouted overseas.  what has our country come down to, please HP you need to fix your customer care support team before you loss most your client one by one if we keep getting such a poor service. Used HP for quite sometime but very disappointed at the service.
