SSD EX900 m.2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought an NVMe SSD EX900 m.2 on Amazon 6 months ago. It began to fail, running at slow HDD speeds, dropping programs, etc. I reinstalled the OS and now within a month it has failed again. It is running slow again, at HDD speeds, dropping programs, not being recognized by pc's, not holding programs. It is 6 months old, I have never used more than 75gb of the 250gb total space.

I have called for warranty information because the website does not recognize the product s/n so i cannot use the website for warranty info. I got transferred 7 times to different departments and different countries, and then ending with 'mailbox is full, recipient cannot receive any more voicemails' then got disconnected. I cannot get anyone in the HP organization to honor a warranty on this product. This is actually unbelievable, and most obviously costing HP much in lost business, as I will now replace this product with Western Digital who has excellent customer service. Word-of-mouth travels fast, and this is one reason that HP has a bad reputation with people as far as customer service, I now understand why others bad-mouth HP like they do.
