HP Recommended

I bought HP Laptop DV6-2119TX on 30th January and it starts giving problem with TV Tuner in March. I contacted HP and they said I have to take it to the service centre. And My Laptop is with service centre since APRIL 27 and every week they said that it will take another week. Now it one month to go but my laptop is still with HP and they are not replacing the notebook and also when I asked about refund they said no. I send many emails to but didnt get any reply from them even.
