Want to cancel just placed order,, please help

I ordered a laptop and want to cancel it just minutes after ordering -- tried to go through chat service but no reply although it was within the service time (before 2 am), I tried to call customer service one agent answered me but told me there no one that can handle my request at that time ,, I send an email ,, and have to wait till the morning ;; I should be able to cancel within 1 hour,, but don't know why no one replied !
