Warranty Cancelling Issue

Hello Recently I have purchased a HP laptop along with a 1 year extended warranty. after buying it I successfully activated the warranty. Further after some days I came to know about it does not cover Accidental damage protection. My main motive was to cover my laptop with ADP warranty. I wanted to know that can we cancel Extended warranty as I came to know about at the internet that we could not activate another warranty while one being activated already. All I want to know is how can I get ADP warranty on my laptop in this scenario Please reply soon Thanks.

This might require one on one interaction.I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link -
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
