My issue is when i go to the Warranty page to see if my computers are in warranty it comes up with and error and it says: The information you provided does not match our records. Please review your entry again and make any necessary edits or contact HPE for more assistance. I have also added the product number in a different location and i get the same error. Can some tell me why this is happening?

So far i have no new information except to call customer service and they have no idea on how to fix the situation, but they can get my serial # for my device and was able to put up the device that way. Can someone just fix the the paper so i don't have to keep calling customer support to find out if my new computers are still covered under the factory warranties. Thank you

@Alex-Tres

Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums. I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you're unable to check the warranty information online for your HP computers. I'll do my best to help you.

I suggest you to visit this HP link to check the warranty of your HP product: https://support.hp.com/checkwarranty. Also, this link will help you to find the model no: http://hp.care/2bygf7l

The factory warranty for an HP product is for 1 year and it starts from the day of its purchase.

For any warranty discrepancies, you may contact our HP phone support team to get it corrected.

Hope this information helps. Keep me posted for any further questions. Cheers! 🙂
