Need assistance with warranty disputes submitted on the following dates with no resolution:

I have been given the run-around several times now with the virtual agent who is incapable of helping me because my warranty has incorrectly expired. Is there anyway for me to talk to an actual person at HP who can help? I am happy to provide case numbers and laptop specs upon request.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

It's been nearly a month and this issue is still not resolved. The warranty that was supposed to come with my refurbished laptop expires in 4 days, and I have spent the last 9 months trying to speak with someone at HP to resolve this. It is difficult to express the degree of my frustration with this entire process, and HP's decision to make it nearly impossible for their customers to speak with a human being that can help solve simple mistakes.
