Product: Pavilion - 15cc129tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Pavilion 15cc129tx, and i want to install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (Dual Boot).

 

I have read other questions and answers through the forum, but was not clear whether dual booting voids the warranty or not.

Will i lose my Genuine OS if i dual boot with Ubuntu?

 

Reading the warranty booklet is hectic. Can someone please simplify this for me?

Hello,

 

HP will onlysupport the OS your product came with. It's fine to dual boot but if anything goes wrong with Ubuntu, HP will not offer support.
