Warranty Issues

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The warranty on my laptop expired in January 2021.  I responded to the HP notification and purchased an additional 2 year Post Warranty Plan on January 21, 2021.  I am still getting notifications that my warranty is expired even after I made the purchase.  Anyone else having this issue?  And how can you get a real person to respond to your issue?
