I am getting my laptop serviced for a motherboard issue and my case manager granted me the repair even though I fell out of the Enhance Warranty that HP had for some products with hardware issues, my question is; Do they cover the repair for a certain about of time after that? and this is the third repair, do I get a replacement if my laptop breaks down again because of the motherboard? I have to send in a fax to my case manager with the proof of repair I had during the enhanced period and this is how I got my repair granted but I was not sure if I get a certain protection period. I understand if this question is too strange or can't be answered I just didn't know how HP deals with faulty products.
