Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
I just have my HP laptop, which is still covered by limited warranty, troubleshooted and software and bios updated by an Authorized Service Partner.
The ASP charged me for their services in updating the software as they claimed. They did not do recovery. They said their services is not covered by the warranty. Is this correct?
An advise from the community is appreciated. Thanks for it.
