Warranty discrepancy

HP Recommended
HP ENVY Photo 7864 All-in-One Printer
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Can someone please advise me how to actually talk to an HP customer representative?  I've spent hours holding on the phone over several days.  Have completed the warranty dispute form on line - no response.  I just purchased a printer and the warranty information reflects an expiration of 4 months vs. 12.
