Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I had to return my Omen 17 recently for repair. It had 3 months of the extended warranty left when the screen went black-presumably failed.
The whole process was handled very well by HP technicians and they understood my need to retain the data on the drive.
Overall a great service, I'm now gaming again! Thanks to everyone at HP who made it happen.
