Warranty requests being ignored

HP Recommended

I have submitted several warranty requests over the last several weeks. I have received "HP E-mail Support Autoreply" to each of them indicating a response "usually within one hour". However several weeks have passed and NO ONE is responding.

Multiple cases of negligence and/or incompetence is highly unlikely! Is HP preparing to terminate business perhaps and warranty claims are being indefinitely suspended?!
