Laptop HP 15s DU2077TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Team, though I purchased my Laptop on 8th August, 2020, all types of warranties like Bundled, Manufacture and the Initial set up warranties states that the warranty start date for the laptop is 03rd July, 2020. Why? Shouldn't it be 08th August, 2020? Please clarify. Thanks.

@Shiv2020 I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

Please look for a private message requesting additional information.

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" on my public post, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

Hi, as discussed via private messages, I have provided the details you required but no one has contacted me yet as you claim. I tried to message this privately but there is an error showing that I have reached the limit of messaging privately.

You even asked for alternate number which I couldn't provide due to the above error. Anyway I have given my email id in my earlier message, please reply to that id at least. Please do get back as soon as possible. Thanks.hp.png

@Shiv2020 Please try sending in the alternate number and preferred time to reach you using the private message again, the PM should work when you attempt after 2mins.
Or you can report the post to a moderator and they can help you post.
