I continue to provide HP with the required information on my pc. I just get the same reply back. Please provide the requested information. I do, it goes nowhere! HP is such a JOKE! Absolutely nobody cares,  they have no support athe sales.  Look at all the complaints here, check out the complaints on.the BBB website. WWay too many complaints!

I have sent the same information 3 times, to 2 different CS.  I was also told that this will get kicked to tier 2 CS.  Come on.   I have already bought another computer for school/work.  This is ridiculous.

Week 8 or 9 depends if you start with 0 or 1, and still don't have my laptop.

 

I got msgs about things are being escalated within HP, but still haven't heard anything yet.

According tmy calendar today is 3/18. 8 days after I was told my issue was escalated.  That is FANTASTIC! Makes me wonder what happened to Customer service 🤔.

I read a lot of Customers have trouble getting their pc repairs done in a timely manner. That why I don't want to send mine in. I canceled my Care Pack due to poor support.

Heard back from CS saying, "The technical experts are still reviewing your unit. They will complete repairs as soon as possible."

 

This is becoming comical now... I want my money back.
